Family Preservation & Reunification Early Years Practitioner Case Manager
Engage parents and their babies/children/adolescents to build their capacity as parents and functional families.
Senior Kids in Focus Case Manager
Provides practical and emotional goal-focused home-based support to a caseload of families including children, parents, and other carers.
Assist to navigate access to suitable substance withdrawal option that best suits the clients’ needs prior to residential rehabilitation admission.
Contribute to the life of the Therapeutic Community by assisting in the admissions process, and providing individual and group therapy for clients.
