What will your information be used for?
The information you provide on this site is collected by us for the purpose of considering you for employment.
If your application is successful, we will retain your information as part of your employment records. If your application is unsuccessful, we may retain your information on file and may contact you if a suitable employment opportunity arises or if there are other positions available that may be of interest to you.

What information do we need from you?
To be considered for employment, you will be asked to provide us with the following personal information within your application. This information includes but is not limited to:
If you choose not to provide any of the information requested, we will be unable to send you information, fully process your application or properly consider you for employment. All information submitted to us must be true and correct. You must not post or upload inaccurate, incomplete, false or misleading information.
Prior to being made an offer of employment by OHV, you are required to provide a number of documents.
You will need to:
o full Australian Birth Certificate (if born before 20 August 1986) and a form of photo ID
o full Australian Birth Certificate (if born on or after 20 August 1986), a form of photo ID and evidence that at least one
parent was an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of the child's birth
o Australian Citizenship Certificate
o Australian Passport
o New Zealand Passport
o New Zealand Birth Certificate and a form of photo ID
o certificate of evidence of resident status
o valid visa with work rights;
You will also be asked to complete a statutory declaration prior to commencing employment, stating that you have fully disclosed to OHV all relevant information regarding any criminal record and your employment history, including disciplinary action.
How your information will be collected?
We collect information from you when you complete the online application form as well as at other stages during the selection process. Any competency testing, medical questionnaires and your references are also collected as required. We require this information to be able to consider your application within our organisation.
Storage and access of your information:
Your on-line information will be held by a Third Party Data Centre, and is only available for access by us. No access will be provided to any other outside party. Should you wish to change any of your details, this must be done online through your candidate profile. It is your responsibility to keep your information current.
Who your information may be disclosed to?
We may disclose the information you submit to referees, related companies and entities, and other relevant organisations who perform services on our behalf during the recruitment process.
The disclosure of your information is for the purposes of processing your application for employment. Other than as stated here, we will not disclose personal information you provide to any outside party, except where you provide your express permission to do so.
Any offer of employment will be subject to you obtaining all necessary certifications, licenses and qualifications required for your position.
